Our Project Management service is based on the simple approach of taking responsibility for the successful delivery of your Project. We ensure this occurs by creating a “Delivery Team” who are nominated individuals from each organisation involved with the Project who are accountable for their individual team's actions. We lead the Delivery Team and hold key meetings every month to ensure the Project remains on programme, budget and is actively managing risks.

Facilities Management
As a successful commercial and project management consultancy we are able to offer the combined benefit of improving the operational and financial performance of your buildings. We review your building operational costs to consider whole lift costing to ensure that your selection of plant and equipment is the most efficient over the life-time of your use of the building.
We manage any alterations required and ensure that these are completed with the minimum disruption to your operations within the building.

In conjunction with our Strategic Project Management service, we also undertake project appraisals to review the efficiency, risks and financial performance of your projects.

The Edwards Partnership recognise that there is a difference between cost and value and that facilitated Value Management provides mechanisms for reducing costs and waste, concentrating the Project teams focus on the successful delivery of the value drivers.
We provide value management workshops which assist with the team dynamics and encourages all participants to consider the long term implications of their decisions.
The process of Value Management is a holistic approach to delivering a Project or programme of works within a framework that actively leads the Project Team through a series of structured exercises that review the project against the agreed value drivers.
Risk Management
At the Edwards Partnership we are focused on managing risk and assisting other companies to reduce their financial and performance risk. All our services seek to manage risks with the appropriate initial planning and implementation of management procedures all of which are integral to our procurement management and contract administration services.
We can work with your teams to identify potential risks at the tender, pre-construction or during the construction period. We offer facilitated risk management workshops that enable reviews of your projects risks with the project team, agree risk mitigation strategies. These workshops also provide a team building opportunity that can develop and strengthen new or existing teams. We will provide risk management strategies which are proactive with agreed action plans and areas of responsibility for the key staff.
