The Edwards Partnership has relocated to new offices at the Shrivenham Hundred Business Park on the edge of Swindon. Our new offices provide additional space to support the planned growth of the Partnership and enables us to provide a venue to bring together different Clients from across the industry to share new ideas and discuss potential business opportunities. We look forward to welcoming all of our Clients to our new offices in the near future. |

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Alan Northen to Associate. Alan will lead our dedicated team of staff to provide pre and post contract services to our contractor clients, including the preparation of bills of quantities, cost plans, estimates, interim valuations and final accounts. Alan has a wealth of experience within the construction industry and recently secured The Edwards Partnership first international project – providing bills of quantities to a large development in Abu Dhabi. |

Our growing team of Quantity Surveyors has been joined by Nicholas Page – who will be working alongside Honda UK to provide commercial advice in respect of their recently announced redevelopment of their Swindon Manufacturing Plant. Nicholas has a passion for the environment and is the office champion for sustainability in construction. |

Director, Jonathan Carkeet – a respected authority on scientific and technological projects, was featured both by both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Institution of Civil Engineers in recent articles about Government spending in relation to science projects. With Jonathan's leadership, we continue to provide the post contract quantity surveying and project management of the ISIS Second Target Station Project and have been recently approache d to advise on a new and exciting science scheme in the UK. |

The Edwards Partnership have been appointed as the Quantity Surveyor for a new residential development in the centre of Swindon. As the leading Quantity Surveyor in the Swindon area, we are continuing to be awarded a number of exciting schemes within the town. |

We have also been awarded a new industrial scheme, providing strategic commercial advice to a Client in Gloucestershire. We are providing the Client with a cost auditing and management role to ensure the best value for money both in the initial construction cost but also through the lifecycle costing. |

We are excited to be joined by Louise Richardson, previously of Davis Langdon LLP. Louise will join our team of Quantity Surveyors providing the traditional pre and post contract services. She has gained considerable experience as both a PQS and Contractor's Surveyor and will be working on projects in Oxfordshire and Windsor. |
