The ISIS Spallation Neutron Facility is based at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire. It is the currently the most powerful pulsed-neutron source in the world and provides material scientists with experimental facilities that allow them to develop new materials that have impact on the daily lives of all people. The ISIS Second Target Station Project will double the capabilities of the exiting facility and extend the range of materials studied.

The Edwards Partnership is Project Managing the installation and construction works on behalf of the client, ISIS. The £145million Project is to be completed by the end of 2008.
