Graces Farm is a substantial and exclusive new residential development for a private client. We worked in partnership with the client to guide him through the construction process and provide active Project Management and Cost Management of the development.

We implemented our quality management system to ensure that the Project was managed efficiently and to ensure the client was informed of progress throughout the Project.
